Настоящее имя: Circa (5)
Mostly credited as "A Circa Release" in a rosette on the labels.
US label and record company (short form for Consolidated International Record Company Of America, Inc.) formed in 1962 by Mike Elliott after Allied Record Manufacturing Company, parent company of ARDCO, was sold to Precision Radiation Instruments. CIRCA was designed to work in tune with various independent labels and other distributors around America similar to how ARDCO had done in the past. Mike Elliott left the company in April 1966 to join Liberty Records. The new owners were Al Stewart, former owner of Baronette Records, and Roger Davenport, former owner of Swingin' Records of Hollywood.
CIRCA also established a Canadian label in 1962.
