New Riverside Cafe

The first vegetarian restaurant in Minneapolis, MN In operation from 1972 to 1997. Previous to becoming a full service vegetarian restaurant, it had originally opened on September 13th, 1970, serving cold food, including salami sandwiches. The cafe also provided an "open stage" for musical performers.
