Jamie McHugh's [variance recordings] launched in the summer of 2007 with an aim to deliver the best new music from across the globe. A Variance release must be of the highest order with immaculate production standards to ensure the labels credibility and integrity can continue to grow from strength to strength. As a result the label has already seen releases from Darren Emerson, Audio Soul Project, Tom Pooks, Perc, Harvey McKay, Jonas Kopp, Koljah and Gary Beck acheiving hype and solid reviews alongside numerous plays on BBC Radio 1.
