Australian indie of the sixties and seventies, owned by New Zealand promoter Harry M. Miller, and the Australian Consolidated Press (the Packer family). It was best known for releasing the Bee Gees catalogue in Australia during this period. Always distributed, and partially controlled by Festival Records, its catalogue was taken over by that company in 1974. It was reactivated by Festival in 2000 as a reissue label, but is now defunct.
