EMI Music Germany GmbH & Co. KG

German regional company of EMI Group. It was a successor of EMI Electrola GmbH & Co. KG and Virgin Schallplatten GmbH & Co. KG after they merged in 2002. Formerly an immediate subsidiary of EMI Group Plc (later renamed EMI Group Ltd.) Acquired by Universal Music Group in 2012 and folded into Universal Music GmbH year later.
