Rowan Studios

A wonderfully unique rural recording studio run by Alan and Janet Muggeridge from their home in South Taranaki, New Zealand. Recorded many Taranaki musicians and bands in the late 1980's and 1990's from folk, country and gospel to hardcore punk and metal bands. Recordings were mainly released on cassette, and later CD. A few masters were made into records by Peter King Lathe Cut Records in Geraldine. Sadly, Alan died in 2000 and the studio ceased operating.
