1950s R&B label from Chicago, Illinois. Parkway Records was an American blues and rhythm and blues record label. It was founded in 1949 (or January 1950, sources differ) by Monroe Passis, and lasted only seven months, until it disappeared in September 1950. In total, approximately 23 recordings were made.
