Soundspace, West Canal Wharf, Cardiff, CF10 5DB Defunct practice rooms and recording studios. Studio engineer was Alex Silva. Formerly Apex Studios in the 1980s. Active 1990s until urban redevelopment. The building no longer exists. The studio was on West Wharf Road but that no longer exists either. Local bands who practised and recorded there included: Manic Street Preachers, Oppressed, Cowboy Killers, Slowjam, Heretics, Four Letter Word, S.A.N.D., Crabladder, Megaton Men.
