La Voix de la Revolution was a radio station in the center of Conakry, Guinea.
In the 60's and 70's there was an explosion of music production in Guinea, bands proliferated all over the country and competed to release their songs. Their best songs were recorded and broadcast on this radio and released by the state-owned Editions Syliphone Conakry record label. This local broadcaster was initially known as Radio-Conakry, built by the French in 1952, but in the 1960s it was renamed Voix de la Révolution. After the introduction of television to the country in 1977, national television and radio broadcasters were merged into Radio Télévision Guinée (RTG).
