LISTEN Records exists to support, promote and distribute the creative output of underground Australian female and LGBTQIA+ artists. LISTEN Records emerged from the LISTEN project, which started mid-2014 with the aim of addressing gender imbalances within the Australian music scene by generating discussion and creating greater opportunities for female and LGBTIQA+ participation and representation.
