NOB

Nederlands Omroepproduktie Bedrijf (NOB), Hilversum, the Netherlands. A company created on January 1, 1988 through the privatisation of the technical facilities branch of NOS. It provided and maintained the technical infrastructure for television and radioproductions. In 2002 the company was again split up forming three seperate companies: Dutchview (studio operations, broadcasting vans, recording facilities), Ciris (editing and image processing facilities) and NOB Cross Media Facilities (broadcasting facilities, news room / studio facilities).
