Storage building where the 2 day festival "New Konservatiw" was held on June 15 and 16, 1985. The event was organised by Abwärts' Frank Z.. The name is derived from Harry Israel's logistic company. Featured artists on day 1 were: Gerechtigkeits Liga, Minimal Man, Z'EV, Laibach. Artists on day 2 were: Rotted Sausage (one-off project, consisting of Frank Z., Axel Dill, Raymond Watts and F.M. Einheit), Nurse With Wound, Current 93, Red Crayola.
