Series by Robert Parker (3) that was released in the UK and United States and has gone under three titles: The Classic Years In Digital Stereo on BBC Records And Tapes (1987–1990), Robert Parker's Classic Years In Digital Stereo on CDS Records Limited (1992–1999) and Classic Years In Digital Stereo on Nimbus Records (2000–2003). In Australia the series was released as The Golden Years In Digital Stereo on ABC Records (3) (and in later years on Festival Records) and began in 1986. It and was one of a number of different series introduced by Parker that involved extracting high quality stereo sound from early mono 78 RPM records. The process is exclusive to ABC Records, and the company associated with it is Vintage Productions Pty Ltd.
