Waiteata Music Press

Waiteata Music Press is a musical publishing house that is part of the New Zealand School of Music (a joint venture between Massey and Victoria University). The press was established in 1967 by Douglas Lilburn and continued by Jack Body, under whose direction it has become the leading publisher of New Zealand music, with over 200 scores in the catalogue. The Waiteata Collection of New Zealand Music compact disc series was created to act as an aural companion to the scores.
