Iplas Koper
Настоящее имя: Iplas Koper
Slovenian chemical company, now defunct. Known for their cassette shells and other plastic products. Cassette production started in 1978. In the 1990s, the company moved to Russia. Iplas issued tapes under BASF licence.
Iplas cassette shells can be identified by having the numbers 1 and 2 embossed with circles on bottom corners (1980s), and the play icon in bottom center box (1990s).
"Iplas Koper" was stamped on cassette shells until c.1984. From c.mid-1980s until c.1990, only "Iplas" with logo appeared as a transparent stamp on bottom right corner of case covers. Different cassette shells appeared from Fall 1990 though 1992, with Iplas once again present on shells, but this time with logo on upper right corner bars.
Black cassette shells appeared until 1993, translucent and a small number of white shells also appeared from Fall 1990 until early 1991. Iplas also produced red (late 1989?) and yellow shells (first half of 1990).
