H.P.G. Detonator

Hardcore Promo Group (H.P.G.) Detonator from St. Petersburg (Russia) created by Z.E.D., The KiloByte, Bad Raver & Gee Fire in Dec 1998 as promo group and record label. Promo activity. First promo group live was @ 'DJ Parade v 3.0' Party (8 May 1999) on Hardcore dancefloor. In 2002-2007 H.P.G. Detonator organized small underground open airs under title 'Stalker' @ special industrial abandoned zone just for friends. Since 2008 H.P.G. Detonator makes Underground Hardcore Open Air Stalker every year @ several industrial places with special conception: 'Out Of Town, Out Of Club, Out Of Stereotypes'. Since 2018 H.P.G. Detonator started new concept event Freedome - noontime open air dedicated to the compilation series 'Freedome. Label activity. In 1998-2009 H.P.G. Detonator released Hardcore productions by own projects: TransGabber (by Z.E.D. & The KiloByte), Exe.Cution (by Z.E.D. & Bad Raver), Цепная Реакция (by Bad Raver & Gee Fire), Paranoid Demon'S'Trators (by two brothers Gee Fire & Tawer); Paranoid Demon, Asterroid Incubator, De'Core, Linch.R (all by Gee Fire); Silentium (2) (by Gee Fire, Tawer & Tarantul) and some projects by friends. In 1999 DJ C-4 (Red Zone) tried to help release the compilation 'Ударная Волна 1' on KDK Records but Hardcore wasn't a popular music in St. Petersburg in 1990s, so this compilation finally released only as CDr and become first St. Petersburg's Hardcore compilation with impurity producers. Besides the main DTN series label started several additional series: Gee Firecords Serie, Russian Anger Serie, Russian Noize Serie. Till 2007 all releases were produced only on CDr, since 2007 every CDr release has web version. In parallel to Underground Hardcore Festival Stalker, since 2009 the label releases the Stalker (2) series of compilations. In 2010 label starts active web releasing and promote worldwide Hardcore producers via DTN and new series: Hardcore Planet Series for EP/Singles, Hardcoremix Project Series for remixed EP, Lost Hardcore Series and DTN Hardcast Series for mixes. In 2011 started Mainstream/Industrial Hardcore series 'Danger Zone (4)'. First compilation has title in Russian 'Опасная Зона'. In 2013 started new Industrial Hardcore compilation series 'Xclusive Industrial', in 2014 - new melodic Mainstream Hardcore series 'Freedome', in 2019 - Raw Hardstyle series 'We Declare Raw'. Design activity. Artworks for all releases made by special division of H.P.G. Detonator: De'Core Works till 2012, Hard.D.Sign since 2012. New division also started to make outsource designs for several labels Chosen Few Recordz, Derailed Traxx.Black, Hard Kryptic Records, Dequinox, Bangin' Beats, Mind In Motion, Machinecore Records, Dark Like Hell, Hard Impact Records, Get'Insane Records, KyokudoCore Records, Mabovit Records, [Balkan]tistatic, Deng Deng, SquareCore, Bounce Back Records (2), etc. and logotypes for some producers Komarovski, DJ Gipnotizer, Zeom, RHA, Collapse Core, Torax (3) (aka Zartax V), Menthalquake, Sidelnikov, Grigio, etc.
