Photofest

A photography agency and archive, which is specialized in entertainment stock photography. Founded in 1981 by noted collectors and authors Howard Mandelbaum (co-author of “Screen Deco” and “Forties Screen Style”) and Carlos Clarens. The archive is famous for its extensive collection of film stills. The collection contains over 2 million images and is still growing. Images of Photofest have appeared in thousands of books, magazines, newspapers, documentaries, TV shows, etc. The company also provides stills for film calendars, festival programs, exhibits, and web use.
