Golden Years of the Soviet New Jazz was a very special limited edition series, launched by Leo Records between October 2001 and August 2003 as the last chapter in the incredible saga of new jazz under the Communist regime. It included four volumes, each on 4xCD compilation limited to 750 copies, accompanied by a thick booklet with essays and biographies for all musicians.
