Bristol-based indie label founded by Clare Wadd and Matt Haynes, following Haynes' involvement in Sha La La. Sarah was the leading British outlet for so-called "twee pop" from 1987 to 1995. Its spirit lived on in Haynes' subsequent venture, Shinkansen Recordings.
