Hervormde Kerk, Bennebroek

Dutch Reformed church in the town of Bennebroek. Construction of the church was started in 1664 by order of Adriaan Pauw. The architect was the well-known master builder Pieter Post. After the foundation had been completed, the work was stopped. Pieter Post died in 1669. Work was paused until 1679, when construction started again, this time under the direction of the architect Adriaan Dorsman. The first service in the church was held on May 24, 1682.
