K&G Productions

KMAC-K&G KMAC, or “Kamal Musallam Arts Contracting”, is a music production and publishing licensed FZ LLE, founded by Kamal Musallam, prominent Jordanian artist, music composer and record producer. It was founded in Jordan in 2001 and has been active as an official business entity in the UAE since 2006. “K&G” is the representative Record Label of KMAC, which had opened its first recording studios at Qanat Alqasba in Sharjah around mid-2008. The studio then moved its activity to Dubai from since 2011. KMAC aimed in the first place to represent Kamal Musallam’s vision to introduce in the Middle Eats a new direction of modern music productions well rooted in the traditions of the region yet with an irresistible twist. The company started with a basic structure that could handle the business side of Kamal’s records and tours, till it reached its full potential as a label in 2010, providing other artists the variety of services required for music records releases, their marketing and distribution. It has since released 15 records, including 7 records of Kamal Musallam Group and EastMania - it’s two major artists, with official GRAMMY selections. It also includes records from artists who are active in the UAE and MEA, such as Jazz pianist Dwight Dickerson (USA), The Gypsy swing Project (France), Peter Grant (UK), Pasha Cazan (Moldova), Healer Twins (Georgia), Rasha Rizk (Syria) and Red One (Algeria) among others. KMAC as well provides additional services in Musical Direction, since it ran the programming for festivals like SIKKA in Dubai (2013), Katara World Cup in Doha (2014) and Fetes De La Musique @ Dubai Opera (2018 & 2019). It currently aims to grow wider in enriching this market with music shows and products, that are competitive in their themes, artistic content and production quality. K&G is the commercial Brand Name, i.e the registered trademark ®™, of KMAC as its music production entity & record label.
