The Royal Oak

British pub and venue. The Royal Oak was a pub and venue based in Tooley Street, Southwark, London, but was later demolished to make way for a Hilton hotel. Once the location for DJ Nicky Holloway's pre-acid house era "Special Branch" soul/disco nights in the 1980's, where Danny Rampling, Pete Tong, and Gilles Peterson also DJ'd at the time.
