Celtic Music

UK record label based in Yorkshire run by Dave Bulmer, specializing in new recordings of folk and Celtic music. Also operated the distribution company C.M. Distribution. Celtic music bought up the back catalogues of other defunct independent folk labels, including Trailer / Leader (2), Black Crow Records, Making Waves, Mulligan, Dara, Broadside, Sweet Folk and Country / Greenwich Village, Folk Heritage, Rubber Records (4). Founded in 1978. As of 2018, the company still exists but its last release of original music was in 2007; last release via C.M. Distribution was 2008.
