Canadian label owned by Bobby G. Griffith with Gerry Beadle first acting as National Promotion Director and later becoming president. Named after Griffith's first big international hit The Badger's Song. First singles originally used "Records" in the label name and had no graphic logo. See Badger Records (8) for record company credits. In July 1975 a distribution deal was struck with Quality Records Limited for Canadian distribution. In November 1976 a UK distribution deal was struck with Music World Scotland.
