Rhumba Muzik

Techno/Tech-House label owned by Kikoman. Rumba is a rhythmically complex form of Cuban music. A rhombus is a parallelogram with two consecutive sides of equal length. Rumba is derived from the Latin word rhombus. Rhumba Muzik is born from the concept of a rhombus and rumba music. The icon is a six (6) sided, three-dimensional cube. Of the six (6) sides, each record release represents a side of the cube. Each track will be interpreted by the artist based on a peripheral vision. When all 24 tracks and 6 releases are combined, it creates a cube. A three-dimensional rhombus cube. The first (1st) rhombus symbolizes the birth of "RHUMBA MUZIK", the record label. The first cube will be blue in color. Each additional cube will have a different color. In 2011 Rhumba Muzik declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy for nearly $4 million dollars. Since the filing of bankruptcy the label's physical catalog has been nearly impossible of finding any available copies." The label made some noise and grabbed lots of people's attention worldwide in a short amount of time. This is not all I have to say musically. I have so much unreleased music that is ahead of it's time. The outlet to release new music is affirmative,but no date is concrete."-KIKOMAN
