Folkemusikhuset

Folkemusikhuset i Hogager near Holstebro, Denmark was established in 1971, partly as a separate traditional folk music house and partly as a subsidiary of the Danish Folklore Archives (Dansk Folkemindesamling) and led by Thorkild Knudsen. In 1995 the management was taken over by Gitte Thofte and Jack Jacobsen (2) and the place was renamed Folkemusikcentret i Hogager. It closed in 2005.
