Roxy, Washington DC

A music venue once on the corner of 18th Street and Connecticut Avenue in Washington DC. From the mid 80's until the mid 90's a wide variety of Rock, and Folk acts played the Roxy. At some point they started "Roots Rock Reggae” nite, which sold out the venue regularly, and helped the venue endure longer than it may have otherwise.
