Also appears as "Goldwax" only. US label founded by Quinton Claunch and Rudolph V. "Doc" Russell in Memphis, TN, on August 11, 1964. In 1967, the label started a country music subsidiary Timmy Records. Both labels were distributed by Amy-Mala-Bell Records Inc.. The label was sold in 1970.
