Record and publishing company incorporated by John McCready, C. Wessells and Warwick Woodward in 1975. Wessells sold his shares to Brian Pitts (3) in late 1976 and the company was absorbed by RTC NZ Ltd. which took over the record and tape business. From late 1977, Pitts was the sole owner. The company was renamed RTC Music (Publishers) Ltd. in 1980.
