The home base of our company located in Chicago, is the mainframe for the production of quality house music. With much musical history intact, Chicago provides Real Estate Records proper ground to produce, manufacture, promote and sell our product. By establishing a close network of musicians and producers, Real Estate Records is able to provide adequate artist development which allocates a broad spectrum of creativity for our artists. Much of our work is focused on the collaboration of artist proliferation and product advancement. Our company maneuvers its profits into the outputting of profound and intelligent dance music. Real Estate Records originality strategy combines the funk of Detroit (co-label head) Tim Baker and the soul of Chicago (co-label head) Veronica Beckman to introduce to the world a fresh new brand of house music. We bring together featured talent from both Chicago and Detroit, including classic artists such as Tyree Cooper, and new school producers DJ Jacq and our own Tim Baker. As independent labels continuously move into the forefront of the music industry with innovative sounds, Real Estate Records defines its own unique rhythm with several releases on vinyl and CD leaving a consequential imprint on the independent music circuit.
