Simple Solution Records was started in the basement of Trader Vic's Music Emporium in Dayton, Ohio in late 1992. The store closed in 1997 and the label moved underground but is still in business. Current mailing address is 78 Cherry Street, Springboro, Ohio 45066. Actual offices are still underground!
