re:think

Imprint label founded in 1996 by Christian music industry veteran Charlie Peacock, with the intention of marketing artists outside of the usual CCM box. However, the label was bought out the following year by CCM industry conglomerate Capitol CMG Label Group and its subsidiary Sparrow Records. The artists signed to Re:Think were marketed primarily to the Christian music scene. As of late-2012, Capitol CMG Label Group was acquired by Universal Music Group, with Re:Think and its few remaining artists absorbed into Sparrow Records.
