Publishing firm formed by Phil Kahl and Wes Farrell in 1963. In addition to publishing, it also did production and talent management. The firms best selling copyright was "Hang on Sloopy," written by Wes Farrell and Bert Berns and originally performed by The McCoys in 1965.
