Århus Stadionhal
Настоящее имя: Århus Stadionhal
Indoor sports venue in Aarhus, Denmark comprising multiple arenas. Constructed in 1916-18 as part of the municipal sport complex in combination with Århus Idrætspark, the outdoor football stadium.
During WWII the German occupation seized the venue for their own use which led to it's destruction in 1943 after sabotage by the Danish resistance movement. Rebuilt after the war, the new Store Hal (Great Hall) was completed in 1954 with a capacity of approximately 1500 seats.
In 2001 the whole complex went through an overall renovation and extension and a new 5000 seats arena was added to the complex. In 2006 the new arena was renamed NRGi Arena, Aarhus and Store Hal became NRGi Store Hal.
In 2015 the venue changed name to Atletion Stadion. Current name is Ceres Park.
