No Dough

Having taken a short siesta No Dough is back, and due for re launch in February 2009 with some exciting, radical, new ideas and concepts. Looking to build on what already exists as “No Dough”, the “label” is going to put itself at the vanguard of modern techno music. In a world flooded with new copycat digital setups and at a time where people are looking less to the mass consumption of 80’s and 90’s and more to the substance of our future, we are breaking the mould to distance ourselves from traditional record releasing labels, and by doing this will be offering much more meaningful packages including fresh artwork, Dj tools for the modern performer and even post production services under our Feel-Audio project. One of our key new concepts will be in the form of providing ‘red’ and ‘green’ releases. The red release will concentrate on the electronic side of house music where as the latter is aimed at the more instrumental and musical vibe. By doing this it enables us to capture the very best of tomorrow’s electronic artists all under one roof.

To fit in with our new lofty aspirations, we are expanding internally which has led to the welcoming of a new member within the No Dough family. Coming from the cloudy bays of the United Kingdom we are proud to welcome Matthew Sargeant (Broken), he will join and add, not just musically but in all our other ventures, his expertise alongside the original founder Antonio Monllor. The pair have not only released on No Dough as individual artists, gaining support from many across the globe, but also produced for other labels such as Sportclub, Fling, and mONOmENTAL-digital. With a clear understanding and determination we are ready to step things up and develop No Dough into the creative & technological leader we are striving to be.

Music is our first love, but art can be found in many forms, and as a result No Dough believes that its art should be experienced from as many different perspectives as possible, therefore we will be providing not only auditory art, but also visual and video’s which will play a crucial part in the overall experience of the music. With all these new changes and idea’s we have thought long and hard about our core beliefs and ideal’s. This has enabled us to figure out what we really value in our music and artists, and not only what we can do to add meaning into our releases but what we can give back to our artists. Hopefully sticking to these beliefs will allow us to really push forward and offer the kind of material you will enjoy time and time again...
