Record Company settled in the Basque Country (Spain), owner of Esan Ozenki label. The company was created by FErmin Muguruza, Iñigo Muguruza, Kaki Arkarazo, Anjel Valdés and other persons around Negu Gorriak orbit. The company released around 200 references, focusing in Basque bands singing in Basque Language. Esan Ozenki S.L. worked from 1991 to 2001. After a major reorganization, the company was refounded as Musika Metak S.L.L. and the Esan Ozenki label became Metak. Musika Metak S.L.L. continued releasing Esan Ozenki's references from 2001 to 2006.
