Cleveland, Ohio punk magazine published by James Ellis that ran for 5 issues (1, 2, 3, 3A, and 3B) from 1977 to 1981, then revived 1995 to 1997 for 3 more issues (3.X, 4.0, and 5.0). The final issue of the original run had a flexidisc and all the 1990s issues contained a single or double CD.
