Norwegian factory located in Værftsgata 7, Oslo, built in 1939 by the German company Henkel & Cie A.G. Düsseldorf. After the war, the company was taken over by the Norwegian state at the Directorate for Hostile Property. In 1949, the state sold the factory to a Norwegian group consisting of the Merchants' Association KØFF A / L, NKL, Staten and Landteknikk A / L. The most well-known detergent products from the Persil factory were Persil, Ata and Milo.
