One of the largest independent CD and DVD replicators in Europe, established in 1987 as a subsidiary of Disctronics Limited after the acquisition of Disctec facility. The company has replication plants in the UK, France, Italy and Texas, plus sales offices in Paris and Los Angeles. Their services include: CD & DVD pre-mastering, mastering, copy protection, on-line order tracking, replication, fulfilment, CD cards, custom CDs and e-commerce services for the music, software and home video industries. The company is ISO 9002 registered, accredited by IRMA and FACT and is a founder member of IODRA. Universal Music International sold its CD manufacturing plant in the UK (which was the former PDO, UK plant located in Blackburn, north-west England) to Disctronics in 2002. In 2003 Disctronics was sold to Deluxe (7), a joint venture by The Rank Group and optical disc manufacturer Ritek Corp.
