Also credited as "T.R.C.". Abridged version of 'Transcontinental Record Corporation', owned by Mike Curb, when it was the distributor and manufacturer for MGM and Verve around 1970. Appears to be the sucessor of Forward Records Corporation. Registered as a California on November 12, 1969; incorporated as a New York corporation January 8, 1970; dissolved April 13, 1988.
