Mario Becker and some media artists started UNP in 1993 in Berlin (Germany) broadcasting subcultural videos and live-shows on a noncommercial TV-channel at Berlin-cable - called "Offener Kanal Berlin" (OKB) - nowadays "Alex (Offener Kanal Berlin)". 10 years after (in 2003) UNP also started a monthly video-programme online at unptv.de. They sold VHS and DVDs, for example Fuckparade Berlin and hardcore-dj-mix-videos from oldschool to speedcore and also experimental art stuff. At several partys UNP presented a special videobeam-programme. UNP was cooperating with the german underground hardcore-magazine "Hakkerz" which was released till 2006. UNP was ended in 2011.
