Early releases (70's-1981) present the "Splash" logo on label, while later releases (since 1982) present the "Splash Records" logo on label.
In 1996, the label was absorbed by RCA/BMG/Arista Records. Today, Splash Records, its masters and back catalogue remain under the corporate care of Sony Music Entertainment.
