A hip hop production company founded by Pete Phillips, b.k.a., Pete Rock in New York on September 21, 1992. It changed its name to "Soul Brother #1 Productions Inc." in January of 1994 and ultimately dissolved in 1999. Name Variations: "Mecca & The Soul Brother Productions, Inc."
