UK film and distribution company founded in 2002 by Allan Niblo, and James Richardson, though it is co-owned with Rupert Preston and Nick Love. They specialise in the production, and distribution of "commercially driven independent cinema". Among the 28 films that they have produced to date [April 2014] are 'Streetdance 3D', 'The Football Factory', 'Monsters', and the re-working of 'The Sweeney'. The company also owns a post production facility in Berlin called 'The Post Republic'.
