Seven rooms on over 200 square meters, big collection of vintage and modern microphones, great microphone preamplifiers, compressors and reverbs, two big ADT mixing desks, nice collection of vintage organs and keyboards, guitar amps and leslies, Yamaha grand piano, Studer C37 tube master tape machine, etc. Reasonable fees.
