Syn Production Co. Ltd.

Syn was first conceived by Nick Wood and Simon Le Bon in the United Kingdom in 1988 as an informal vehicle for their own music publishing and production, following a successful collaboration on Simon Le Bon's first solo single, "Grey Lady of the Sea." Then, in 1991, in the wake of Nick Wood's success in Japan as a songwriter and producer, Syn was established as a Japanese company, with Nick Wood and Simon Le Bon as the founding shareholders.
