Record company. World Record Club is the label. Incorporated in October 1959, with His Master's Voice (NZ) Limited owning 70% of the 20,000 £1 shares and the UK World Record Club owning the balance. It started trading in March 1960. Superseded by World Record International as the overarching company in the early 1960s.
