Capitol Blues Collection

Reissue series introduced by Capitol Records in 1995 in the U.S. (scheduled for 20th June) and Europe. Consisted of blues recordings from the Capitol/EMI catalogue, which included recordings from Black & White, Imperial, Aladdin (6) and Minit. The cover drawings were produced by Joe Ciardiello. Rumble & Scratch: Capitol Blues Collection Sampler was scheduled to be released 25th May to promote the series. The three disc set Rediscovered Blues 2 (Volume 18, #724383628421) was never released.
