Distribution North America

DNA (Distribution North America) was formed, primarily, to be the distributor for Rounder Records and it's affiliates. Rounder Records and Valley Media formed Distribution North America in September 1994. Valley Media bought out Rounder Records’ interest in DNA in January 1997 giving them 100% ownership of DNA. DNA ceased operations in 2002.
