3,000 square foot space on the top floor of an industrial building in the Mile End neighbourhood of Montréal. Art studio for Seripop and other screen printers. Music rehearsal space for Aids Wolf, Chernobyl Cha-Cha, Hamborghinni, Panopticon Eyelids, and Wolf Parade. Also, briefly a venue and residence.
